 Introduction
Welcome to the site of the New Zealand Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

NZIPP is an organisation whose members are extensively trained and qualified in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.  It was originally established in 1990 and then in 1999, the Institute became a member of the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Association of Australasia. (PPAA)

On this website we aim to provide you with information about the history, structure and purpose of the Institute.

We will give you an introduction to the psychoanalytic psychotherapy training programme that we provide, and also advise you of any upcoming public lectures. We will introduce you to the clinical members and provide you with contact details.
